Every clause.
Every change.
A clearer position.

Add a contract, say who you act for, and decide. EntitleWorks reads every page, shows you what matters, and turns each decision into the schedule, register or letter you need.

Or try a fictional contract below

Decide once. The registers write themselves.

A fictional contract with three issues. Make a call on each and watch where it goes.

Issue 1 of 3 High risk

Particular Conditions, Sub-Clause 8.8

Delay damages have no cap

The Particular Conditions delete the 10% cap on delay damages. A six-month overrun would cost more than the margin on the job.

Suggested wording

“The total delay damages payable by the Contractor shall not exceed 10% of the Accepted Contract Amount.”

ClauseDeparturePosition

Accepted changes to the contract appear here.

Fictional example. In the product every row links back to the page it came from.

Three jobs, done the same simple way.

Review a contract

Every risk, amendment and post-tender clarification, the wording to fix it, and the notices to diarise. Usually 20 to 30 minutes, even for a 1,500-page contract.

You get: Schedule of Departures, issue register, rights and obligations, key dates and securities.

Prepare or assess a claim

Add the contract and the project records. Get the entitlement, the evidence for every point, and the weaknesses the other side will find.

You get: the claim or the assessment, Scott schedule, chronology, notice compliance.

Give or answer a notice

Say in a sentence what happened. Get the letter under the right clause, served the right way, before the time bar.

You get: the letter in Word, the deadlines, and what must follow.

Deadlines are counted, not guessed.

AI reads the clause. Plain code does the arithmetic: the period, the start date, calendar or working days, checked against today. A notice that is already late is called late.

What a credit buys

  • 1 credit reviews one contract or subcontract, from a 4-page purchase order to a 1,500-page main contract, with its Schedule of Departures, registers and notice diary.
  • 2 credits prepare a claim, or assess one you received, with the Scott schedule, chronology, notice compliance and programme comparison.
  • Notices are separate. Giving or answering a notice, by hand or overnight, uses your notice allowance, never credits.

Busy month?

Top up 10 credits for USD 350, or 25 for USD 825. Top-ups carry over to later months. For companies on monthly invoicing, top-ups are added to the next invoice.

Questions, answered.

Is this legal advice?

No. EntitleWorks gives commercial decision support. Every finding shows the clause and the page it comes from, so you can check it, but it does not replace a lawyer. Check results against the full contract before relying on them.

Which contracts can it read?

FIDIC, NEC, JCT and AIA forms, with their particular conditions and amendments, and bespoke contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders. Add the agreement, conditions and schedules together as PDF, Word, Excel, email or a ZIP. Scanned pages are read too.

Which languages does it work in?

English. It reads English-language contracts and records, and writes in British English. Ask us before relying on it for a contract in another language.

What happens to our documents?

Only you can see your work. Your documents are not used to train AI models. Delete any piece of work and its files are erased at once; backup copies roll off within 14 days. EntitleWorks runs on Microsoft Azure, with encrypted connections.

How does pricing work?

Starter is USD 449 and Professional USD 1,249, a person, a month. Companies of 10 people or more get shared credits on one monthly invoice. The pilot is free, by invitation.

What is a credit?

A contract review uses 1 credit, however long the contract. A claim, prepared or assessed, uses 2. Notices come from their own monthly allowance, never credits. If a job does not complete, its credits come back automatically.

How do automatic notices work?

Point a project at its correspondence, or forward letters to the project's own email address. Every day at the cut-off you choose, EntitleWorks reads what arrived, keeps only the contractual items that put you at risk, and drafts the notice or reply against the executed contract. Nothing is ever sent for you.

What does it connect to?

You sign in with your Microsoft work account, and ZIP exports from Aconex and TeamBinder work today. Where they are switched on for your company, Outlook, Procore and Aconex connect so you can pick documents straight from them. EntitleWorks only reads: it never changes or deletes anything in your systems. Downloads come in Word and Excel, inside your own letterhead.
